Craig Communications has been retained by the West Contra Costa Unified School District to provide public relations and community outreach services in support of the reconstruction of 18 elementary, three middle and two high schools. A primary goal of outreach activities is to increase community awareness and build consensus for future construction bonds.

• Development and execution of a three-year master communications plan and crisis communication plan
• Plan and execute quarterly site tours of each school for elected officials and community members
• Develop and produce quarterly informational flyers for 23 schools
• Create bi-annual bond program newsletter with a local distribution of 150,000
• Provide briefings to community groups and city councils
• Facilitate community meetings to assess needs, prioritize school site issues and expenditures of funds.
• Development of informational videos about the School District and bond program.
• Creation of quarterly and special event press packets, press releases and media tours.
• Maintain positive relations with impacted parents, school staff and students.
